The start of it anyway. I've re-found my love of working out after some tough times in my life. My goals are to lose some fat and then gain tons of muscle. I'm currently working on getting my diet all dialed in and finding a perfect routine. My stats are:
Age-25
Height- 6 ft
Weight- 195-200
BF%-20-25 (guess)?
