    looking to score....

    No I'm kidding.
Hello everyone!! After a years out of the lifting world due to being~ Married divorced, Kids, opening new locations for my businesses. Dating and getting away from a crazy (but VERY,VERY hot girl) I have decided to get back to my roots. LIFTING AND STAYING IN SHAPE. At the tender age of 35 I refelcted on life and looked back on all the things I've done to me!! lol. The one thing that always balanced me was lifting and running!!! So I'm heading back to those roots!! Now with all the years of lifting and cycles my father always said "son you look great now but, what happens if you stop lifting?" Well I can honestly tell him now GRAVITY!!!!! Stats are as follows 6'1 245 still have 17in arms, 48 in chest but, not tight my friends ALAS not tight at all!! Thats going to change! For any of you that belonged or remember UGsupplements.com. I spent many, many, days and nights there. I researched the internet for a site that I could call home. There are a lot out there but, I went right to the forums! Thats where you can seperate the MEN from the BOYS. This site is BAR NONE the best online. I hope I can get back to ME with a little help from my friends! I started hitting the weights 2 months ago. Progress has been better than expected! MOTIVATION at my age is sometimes a challenge! Any advice would be great!! Thanks and thanks for having me

Welcome, there is a plethora of knowledge on this board. My suggestion would be to spend a lot of your time searching the diet and workout forums before anything else. Diet and a proper workout regime is the secret to building a healthy body.
