Wondering about trying a reload/deload cycle, inspired by reading the slingshot routine.
This is what i've got: 7500mg test e, 300mg dbol, clomid, nolva, arimidex
This is my third cycle. Interested in trying this so i can compare the difference in gains and how much i get to keep after pct, as aposed to doing a standard 10week cycle.
This is the cycle as i have planed it now. Nothing is writen in stone so feedback is welcome.
Reload: Kickstart with 1000mg test e.
Week 1-7 500mg test
Week 8 40mg dbol ed
Deload: Week 9-10 clomid and nolva
Reload2: Week 11-18 500mg test
PCT: nolva, clomid
My stats now is: 6.2 , 224 lbs.24 years. Weightlifting for 3 years, steroids for one year. Bodyfat somwhere above 15% deadlift 350, benchpress 264, squat almost nothing(bad knees)
I dont diet, counting calories is not for me. I just try and eat allot of semi healthy homecooking. My goal is to get bigger and stronger, not to get pretty beach muscles. Its 14 degres outside, so it's a long time till anyone's gone se me with my shirt off![]()
I use a powerlifting routine, basicly training 3 times a week. And training every major muscle group each day. But never the same excerseis more than once a week.
