You might be opening up a can of worms with this one...I have read here that it has worked for most and others have disagreed with it....some people don't like the idea of paying Swolecat money...there are a few threads about it...a man and his wife are using it here at AR...I am sorry but I don't know their names....but they swear by it...

I would seriously think about...I mean if your current routine is helping you then I wouldn't waste the coin....but you are who you are...and we need to do things that we feel will better ourselves....whether that be the Swolecate routin or whatever it may be....

I am on the program right now. At first I was skeptical like everyone else but I got some reassurance. He makes a individual program based on what your needs are so each program is customized. He is always there to answer any questions that one might have.
He lays everything out so you can't make mistakes. The times to eat, train, cardio, everything. If your still skeptical, email him with your questions.
Imo-the price is relatively small to get to where I want to be!!!

I was going to do it, but injury kept me back. He basicly seems to do the math and give you all the shit to do. I have researched him a little I think it is worth it. Also its really not that much loot, go for one month but keep us updated..
