I'm currently on 750mg test weekly and 50mg anavar daily and was wondering when to incorporate t3 to assist in fatloss and maximise lean gains
I was thinking of running 25mg from weeks 4-6 then 2 weeks off then 8-10
just low dosing it, or if someone can suggest a better dosing alternative?
when do you gutys think i should add it in?
my goals at end of the cycle are to be 85kg at 8-10% which atm i'm about 85 at 14-15%
and
1RM on these
bench, currently 105-110kg for 1 rep, i would like to hit 125-130
deadlift, currently 170kg for 1-2 reps, i would like to hit 180-190
squat, currently doing 110-120kg for 5-6reps, i would like to hit 140 for 6
