    First cutting cycle, please help?

    Ok just finishing up a first time cycle of sustanon 250 only. Did 500 mg a week split into monday, and thursdays. Total weight gain 30 lbs, with minimal fat gain. I am going to start a good cutting cylce in march. Ive got andropen, dbol, masteron, and winny. could someone tell me a good dosage to run with this gear. If i need to leave any of these out, let me know. btw, stats are 31, 6'1, 205lbs, been working out heavy and dieting for a year and a half.

    body fat?

    You can cut on any AAS, it's your diet/cardio that will determine that, and the AAS will help you preserve muscle while in a caloric deficiency.

    I don't see the need to add alot of compounds on your second cycle, how bout just test and winny at the end?

    10%, Diet has to do alot with it, I know that, just want a little help, with no water retention! Dieting is the hardest part

    Diet and cardio with 100mg eod of prop and 150mg of mast eod and your sex a fied. honestly though you neeed to do a lot of cardio and have diet really on point. if you do both these things the dedication will pay off.

    but if your bf is to high you might not even want to bother with the mast. if your dieting and doing lots of cardio you wont have to worry to much about bloat. and if you do you can throw in an ai.

    I don't even use gear to drop down bf, just change my routine and diet around

    instead of eating alot of carbs I drop down the carbs,

    My cutting cycle if I ever do one will be test - e or p 500mg per week, and winny at the end,

    I start off the day drink 2 litres of water (take a huge piss)
    go outside run around house 2 minutes, stretch out, then do a 30 minutes cardio, 1 day is joggin next day is sprints 30 second sprint / 1 minute walking.

    eat breakfast normaly 6-8 white eggs / oatmeal and some fruits
    then I eat 5 meals during the day which consist of some meat (tuna/lean chicken/lean beef) with vegetables / sweet patatos, (and I take cottage cheese before going to bed this isn't best thing but it works for me) / I also only drink water and lots of it.

    I workout mond/wed/friday at gym, and I superset everything, I also work my core, planks/abs workouts/ ect.. post-workout. (you can do cardio afterwards if you wish)

    on days off, I still run in the morning, but in the evening I do a sport like mma/hockey/soccer/badminton anything you like, yoga works good also .

    I was 205, and droped down to 165 pound by doing this, in about a month n a half to 2 months. n my bf was 7.5%,

    and this was all done without a cycle, pre-cycle was around 20% bf.

    but I'm not really a senior they might have better advice for you this just worked for me.

    Try to keep your fat loss at 1 1/2-2 lbs per week. Even more important when not on AAS. You will lose muscle otherwise.

    So how about doing 275mg of andropen twice a week for 12 weeks, dbol for the first 4 weeks, and using winny the last 4 weeks

    your liver isn't gonna like you after that, (2 orals = taxing on liver)

    and superset means that you have 0 downtime, so you do bicep workout, then once your done you jump to your tricep workout, then jump back to your bicep ect...

    what are the benefits of supersets, i will be doing my first cycle soon and will be looking to cut weight during cycle

    your muscles don't have a resting period meaning there always in action burning more calories in theory, and it shocks your system because whenever you go to the gym you work a muscle group wait 1 minute and do another exercise.

    I don't like supersetting when I'm bulking but when I'm cutting I <3 it.
