You should only be running the test. No on the tren, the stuff is not for the 1st cycle.
You should ask questions before you start a cycle not on week 4, kind of pointless now!

Two 19nors on a first cycle,thats a no no.
157 lbs, had a 3-4lb gain so far.
How tall are you?? whats ur bf? Put down the pipe.... you dont need tren.
What do you have planned for pct? Hopefully something bro cause deca isn't something to mess w/especially with it being your 1st cycle. Better be ready to have no sex drive or be able to get it up for a few months also, probably even more w/out the proper pct.
70.5 inches (5 10 1/2) , not sure exct bodyfat but probably about 10% maybe less (can see my abs though)

Way too many things wrong here to comment especially in the middle of your cycle
pct is completely covered. i will be getting all that next week so i have it ready for the end of. my sex drive is fine actually, i was worried at first but its working just fine, more than normal actually lol. but i met with a doctor and he helped with how to take it and how to use it properly without causing damage, i was just wondering about the tren due to a friend being in my ear, and id rather have info from people with knowledge on the subject then someone i know who thinks he knows.
if you are more intrested in growing tits then muscle go ahead and run tren and deca.
hope ur eating about4000 cals a day minimum, good foods, like protein powder,steak,potatoes,rice,fresh fruits and veggies. 300gprotein,450g carbs,120g fat(mostly good except about 20-30g saturated) this is 4000 cals. i eat this without being on cyce
yea thats what i figured too bjpennnn. i figured the deca test for 12 weeks and then post therapy will give me the gains i want. so far its been 3-4lbs and i def look more muscular than i did before. i was scrawny as hell, now looking more muscular due to im intaking more food, im hoping by the time the cycle is done to have gained a total of maybe 18lbs. i do a lot of cardio too though, ill admit that i do enjoy running a lot but ive cut that down to only 4 times a week instead of 6! my lifting has def shown improvement. at first i was barely able to put up 115, im at 155 now.
yea ive changed my protein intake also. i was intaking about 100g protein, now im up a little over 200 and my calorie intake went from maybe 2200 to about 3000, and i can def feel the difference in my lifts and even on my long run days. hey guys thnaks for the info, im dumb with all this shit and im glad im getting a little more knowledge
try to get 300g if protien.
ok, and that will add more mass correct? also, with tthe amount of running i do (4 times per week totaling about 24-26 miles) will that counteract the bloating effect of the cyn and decca? i mean granted, i do have to drink ALOT of water so im not seeing dark when im piss but i guess maybe from the running i am countering that?
