Did i failed my first Cycle?

Ok guys been on test/deca for 8 weeks 2 weeks 2 go, so after 8 weeks i've gained about 4 lbs which were gained within the first 3 weeks and after that nothing. I have gained some muscle/strength but not as expected. I think most of my strenght/muscle came from the creatine and protein intake, just guessing.

I got my gear from a friend of a friend and when he did his cycle he gained like 15lbs, he had bloat and all, so i really didn't think it was not good stuff. I am so confused right now especially being my first cycle, i know my body fat was higher then normal for a cycle but i was really expecting to gain more then 4 lbs. Can someone's body adjust to the juice to the point where it would stop the whole process of developing muscle? Or did i just get some bad stuff?
I don't want to believed that my friend screwed me up by buying it from a different source, cause i know he once told me he found a different one for half the price of what i payed him.

At the beginning i was doing 45min of cardio 3 times a week but after a few weeks i began to loose weight, i stopped about 2 weeks ago with my cardio and weight still the same so i am lost. Check out some pics. First One is before Cycle.

    Give me your opinions...

Too be honest I dont think you were ready for a cycle. Maybe it was your diet or maybe it was bad training.

Dont you get it? It doesnt matter how good your diet was/is you where physically not ready.

Put high octane gas into a pinto and what do you get? Not much and maybe you burn up the motor because it's not ready for the high octane gas.

You are playing with fire. Did you not read any of the advise given to you or countless others?

Dont even think about another cycle for at LEAST 2+ years of good training and clean diet. You are an idiot if you do.

Deca/Test is not a good first cycle either. It should be Test only. Stop being a 15 yr old know it all and act your age.

Sorry (no Im not) for being so harsh but it's the truth.

    BTW YES you failed.

Yeah its hard.. I know that feeling... I would definitely try to trim up before cycling again bro.

Post your diet and have it worked. I'm sure it can be modified by some of our diet guys.

This is why we consistently encourage people to reduce body fat before cycling.

I'm not flaming you at all, bro, just making a point.

I agree with the others, all you need now is diet and cardio. Steroids will be useless (as you saw) unless you know how to diet and train.

It will take a while before i do this again, but i can assure you that everytime i went to the gym i was giving my best, most of the time i trained to failure. Diet was good with only 1 or 2 cheat meals a week. Its just dissapointing you know, but lesson learned i will cut before i think about cycling again. So i guest I did fail my first cycle. So it wasn't the juice?

I am glad you didn't see my first diet, it was like 1300 cals but that was way before i started my cycle. My current diet was modified by other members at the diet section. How many cals during a cycle is recommended.

Tell me about it, i knew i had to drop my bf and eat well i didn't listen. Now i will focused on dropping the fat, cardio at least 5 days a week and be pretty consistent on my diet. For all i care i won't even looked at girls at the gym, they just get the best of me. I was thinking in trying some Clen like in the summer that would probably help a little too.

just cut out all of your fat before cycling. I am telling you starting a bulk at 8% is so much more rewarding. I do not know what doses you used, but with a diet like that, it would not matter. Not ideal compounds for a cut anyway. For a cut, eat mostly lean protein and 1 meal of carbs or fat after or during workout. Most people think that works well. You can actually take that 1 meal of carbs/fat in the morning if you wish, as i understand thats how some of the pros like to eat all the time. Just remember, 5 - 7 meals are just lean meat (mostly poultry breast) if you want to cut ( and even if you just want lean mass really in my and many other peoples opinions).

I can't believe I'm the first to say this:

You could have done better but you definitely lost fat and made decent gains!

Sure, you should have waited till you were lean to start cycling. Sure, you would have gained a lot more if you added another 500-800 clean calories and 100g of protein. But I wouldn't call it a complete failure. You wouldn't have gained mass at 2000 cals a day without AAS. I think you look much better now, no homo.

Granted it's a more flattering pose but there's an immense difference in pic 4 as compared to pic 1. traps/arms/shoulders - and way less love-handle.

There are many variables in this equation:

    Training
    Food Intake
    Recovery
    AAS

    Training:

When using AAS your body is capable of incredible physical output. In simple terms for next time you go on the gear, think scientific terms for physical work.

One technique is to record your workouts in pounds per minute. If you increase the pounds per minute output each workout you are accurately increasing your physical output.

The notion is very basic; more work in the same amount of time... or... the same amount of work in less time. Multiple the reps and sets and weight and divide it by the time it took to complete the workout. The workout could be for your chest. You can find out how many pounds per minute or even pounds per second you lift from workout to workout.

200 lb bench press for 3 sets at 10 reps = 6000 lbs
Complete the chest workout in 20 minutes and you have lifted 300 lbs per minute.
If your next workout is completed in the same 20 minutes but you lifted 7300 lbs then your output is 365 lbs per minute.

This requires you keep a log book with you when you train.

    Food intake:

You can consume more protein than you think because AAS increases protein synthesis drastically.

You need to find the types of protein you like and can digest easily. You can eat more than 50 grams of protein at a sitting as well.

Try eating 2 chicken breasts next time for a meal.
2 cans of tuna (if you can stomach the ghastly stuff)
    6-8 eggs
    4 large hamburger patties
    A steak
    Large salmon fillet
Consume 3 protein shakes per day at 100 grams of protein per shake.

If digestive enzymes are needed to help protein digestion then take them with each meal.

Eat your protein first and worry about the carbs later. Protein is most important.

Make sure you also eat lots of fiber to help the food exit your body as well. IMO this is horribly underrated and practically never talked about. Colonix by Dr, Natura makes an EXCELLENT fiber drink. I take two a day. One large salad a day is also a good idea with lemon juice and olive oil for a dressing. add chicken on there for your protein.

You may be like me and do not digest red meat well and I also do not digest protein and starchy carbs together well at all. 100 - 150 gram Protein shakes do wonders for me.

    Recovery:

This is personal. You may find triple drop training and rest pause is good for you or you might like higher reps and volume training. Whatever style you like you must recover from and choosing one that doesn't burn you out is vitally important. Perhaps your adrenal glands are weak and therefore constant high intensity with maximum weights saps you too much. Perhaps you require 10 hours a day of sleep.

Maybe you require 2-3 epsom salt baths a week to rid your muscles of lactic acid and this will help you recover.

    AAS:

It sounds like you got bunk gear. Test and Deca combo even with minimal training and poor diet should have added more than 4 lbs.

Or, your body does a poor job of utilizing the test in your system be it natural or artificial. It might aromatize too easily.

Or, you might require a minimum of 500 mg per week of Test.

Lots of variables to consider and you can only improve from here. If you are considering another cycle in the future, you have come to a GREAT place to learn and seek advice.

The guys here are more than happy and willing to assist you with your goals and needs from diet to mapping out a cycle personally tailored for you.

If possible, train with an experienced AAS user in your local gym who knows how to train while on the crank. He or even she can help you with a training program and monitor your progress and will do it free of charge of you show sincerity to give it your all.

On a final note, you gotta train like there is no tomorrow in order to take full advantage of the AAS. If you pu$$y foot around the weights you are wasting your time, money and efforts altogether. A spotter is highly recommended for each time you raise a weight and this is called a dedicated training partner.

Take your time. Don't get discouraged. Your next cycle might consist of Sustanon 250 @ 500 mgs per week for 8 weeks and Dianabol @ 30 mgs per day for 4-6 weeks.

    Best of luck to you...

I didn't read your post really after seeing you said to drink at least 3 100 gram protein shakes per day.... haha... probably not a good idea to consume 3+ 100g protein shakes daily... shit if someone is 200lbs... they should consume between 200-400 grams of protein depending on their goals..

One large salad a day is also a good idea with lemon juice and olive oil for a dressing. add chicken on there for your protein.

as a couple of people have pointed out. did you feel the test? you would feel it if it was legit gear. and im saying either your diet or training was off or you were actually losing fat during cycle which is what may be making you think you didnt gain any muscle weight
