advice on a 12 wk cycle of sus and wini

I am about to do a cyclye of 750mgs of sus a week. from week 1 to week12 split into 3 shots mon.wed.fri. and 50 mgs of wini tabs for the last seven weeks of the cycle. the cycle should last me all together 12wks or so. also how long after my cycle should i start my p.c.t. which will be clomid and nolvadex. i am 5'8 180lbs some where between 7to 10 pecent body fat. does any one have any advice for me. i would appreciate it.....

Im glad you came here because if Im reading that right, your first cycle looks terrible. NO PCT is also very bad.

Get some blood work done b/c thats just not healthy.

Why sus again?
You should research Test on its own and drop the whinny b/c you are bulking.

3 shots m/w/f will throw your bodies levels off. You will get bad sides.



My advice to you is RESEARCH A TEST ONLY CYCLE for now.

my man sus is test alone. and i like sus thats why im doing it again i got pretty good results on it last time gained 15 lbs kept 10 and damn near all my strength. yeah i know bro about my pct **** up i wont do that again. so what do you think i should jumo on?

take 3/4 cc of sust eod until you run out.. if you must run the win take 50mg ed or eod towards the end. and run normal pct

ok lets clarify. i have 40 ml sus that i am going to run at 750mg a week for 12 weeks
i have 2500mg winni for 7 weeks at 50mg/ed
pct is clomid@100/50/50/50 and tamox@ 40/20/20/20
what is the best way for me to use the sus?
2x's a week once a week?
what your suggestions?
and the winni is to help with water retention towards the end of cycle. and to harden up a bit.

Arejay- what he means is doing a simple test e cycle. That first cycle you did looks very poorly planned... 2 weeks of winny? 2 weeks of dbol.. Why?

I bet that if you run just test e at 600mg's a week for 14 weeks and pct with the clomid/nolva, then you will see even greater gains than your first cycle.

Sust is just a combo of tests together. It adds short esters and long esters, but as a novice you will benefit greatly off of just test e or test c for 14 weeks.

Can you only get sust? I wouldn't run winny at the end of this and if you do run the test at least a week longer so that the lipid profile isn't shot.

Well basically, with the sust, you have enough so just calculate the hours in the week and spread three injections out for those different days. The levels staying regular is key otherwise you can suffer some bad sides. Do it at least 2x's a week if you can't separate 3 times? Why exactly do you want to put the winny in there? Just to use it and get more shredded? 7 weeks does look pretty good. 40ml of sust (doing math in my head) comes to 3 1cc shots a week for 12 weeks having 4 left over. So you do have that right. Now if you run the winny, some people run it up to the last week with test due to the ester, but i would leave a week of just test at the end.

Idk, unless youre a pro bb 750 per week is over kill. But since you didnt do a pct last time that might be what you need to get any effect (not bashing). Honestly 500 mg/week of sust with 2 injections per week should be good enough. Whats youre diet look like?

nothing wrong with his 3 shots per wk, ive done sust 250mg x2 injects pw and worked fine. when i last did sust, it was an amp eod, worked out at 875mg pw and didnt have anymore sides than i did at 500mg pw

it would only be a minimal tiny difference on paper, physically he'd neva notice the slightest diff, ive done sust eod and e3.5d and there was no diff at all my friend
