I live on campus at University here, which makes good eating a pretty tough thing to do. I'm starting a heavy bulking cycle in a few weeks once the rest of the gear arrives. I am a little worried about getting enough fuel into the machine. Basically this is what Im looking at: Ive got the cafateria to rely on, or if i decide to prepare my own food Ive got a fridge, foreman grill and microwave. No oven, or stove.
Being on a bulking cycle I want to consume 4 meals, 2 protein shakes, and one 1000 cal weight gain shake per day. Does this sound alright?
At the moments I usually eat 5 whole eggs, toast with penut butter and milk for breakfast, lunch is the cafateria dinner which is meat and carbs with milk, dinner is a steak, bread with penut butter and milk, then the forth meal is usually 4 hot dogs from the cafe. With All meals I drink 500ml milk for a total of 2L a day. Then add in 2 protein shakes seperate from meals. Again I want to increase this a little more for the upcoming cycle. Anyone have any good ideas on eating plans under my circumstances?
Age 22, 6'4" 240lbs, BF 16%
