    HGH vs IGF-1?

    Which one is going to be beneficial towards lean muscle gain?

    I hear so many different damn stories from people.

    Some people say HGH doesn't do shit, then others say it packs on some size (NOT SERIOUS SIZE, but noticeable)

    Then there are others talking about IGF-1

    Now i can get 1mg of IGF-1LR3 but whats the deal with mixing it in BW?

    People say it only lives for 3 days? Im sure u guys know ar-r they sell IGF-1LR3 WITH NACL.. sterile water.. Doesn't make much sense that 1mg of IGF-1 (200$) only lasts 3 days with water.

    Is that another BS story? Need Info guys...

    Whats better off using money on? HGH or IGF-1LR3?

    If you can afford it, go with HGH over IGF-LR3 (real IGF-1 is really, really hard to come by).

    I personally wouldn't waste any money on LR3.

    Alot of people love it, and that's cool, but imo it's nothing more than an over priced GDA.

    Oh i have no problem with money, but yet i get ppl on here telling me HGH isnt gonna do anything lol except burn fat. And the same people telling me IGF-1 LR3 is going to be more beneficial. How? No clue.

    I have yellow tops somatropin. Bought 4 kits. Its day 7 and i dont feel much yet except maybe a little more pumped up. But i hear it takes a few weeks, so well see whats up.

    What dose are you running it at?

    You plan on using AAS with it?

    I plan on using Test 400 with it for 2 months but i plan to stay on GH for longer.

    2-4 I.Us a day is my dose, highest i go is 4 (if im bored) lol. Im usually at 3 I.Us a day.

    did you start your AAS cycle yet?

    Re: the dose. You should be ramping up on a schedule.

    1-4 iu's per day is enough for fatloss IMO

    5-6 iu's a day is where the muscle gains start..... and 8-10iu's is the sweet spot.

    IGF-1 Lr3 is a waste of money in my opinion.....

    These are just my opinions ofcoarse......

    There's 2 kinds of IGF-1.....

    RhIGF-1

    and

    Lr3 IGF-1

    The difference is that RhIGF-1 is only active for a short period of time. It's basically your natural IGF-1. Lr3 IGF-1 is "supposedly" active for a longer period of time. On paper this looks great but many members have used it and not felt that it was of any use. This would pretty much render it a waste of money.....

    Your best bet IMO is to go with HGH.....

    Ive used Lr3 IGF-1 before.....

    I can say it was great while on! Could eat as many carbs as possible and not gain any fat...seriously! I even had abs towards the end of my cycle. I bloated up too....almost like a cartoonish bloat with some vascularity. Strength was minimal gains which were probably placebo and as on as i stopped it wasnt long before i lost the bloat and everything back to normal. Would i use again? No. Especially not for 200.00 for 1mg (from ar-r of course).

    With that being said... HGH brother, as everyone says its your best bet. It works.

    Bro im currently running GH now and its the first time for me tring it. Im runnin 3 IU'S a day. All i could say is i tried many, many different things in my life. Im now 33. Ive been on for 45 days. Give this stuff a month or two and come back and tell us what u think.

    This stuff is amazing. Give it some time.

    HGH is good stuff. Older you are the more you feel the effects. You have to give it time. It took me about 7 weeks to see a difference.

    Well, im not getting any joint pains, except for my left hand going numb sometimes when i sleep. But idk if thats cuz im laying on it or whatnot.

    I have another question though, is the 5/16 needle enough to get into the tricep or shoulder muscle? I shot it in my shoulder yesterday and it ****in welted up for a second.

    For hgh you want to do a sub q injection ( in the fatty layer beneath the skin ). you can do intro muscular but best sub q around belly button top of thigh under shoulder top tricep top outer ass check or love handle area. And 8 to 10 ius a day bro for sure. oh and alternate site injection. Iread the thred and would take haz advice. Sounds like hes done his home work.

    Yeah i know, but is a 5/16 going to be enough to get into the tricep or shoulder muscle when i put it in?

    Another question, Iv been taking like 8 IUS a day, but i figure im not gonna be able to afford it unless its down to 6. Can i still get lean muscle gains off of 6 I.Us?

    be careful with IGF-1 L3 as it is the direct way to manipulate cancel cells. You have to carefully control the amount to take. You have to make blood tests with and without to ensure you are in a safe IGF-1 level.

    For me, better HGH.

    yeah a dose of 4IU will help you as it will raise the IGF-1 at a high level. But it will take you looonger...

    I've been taking 5iu/ed for about a year and a half. It feels like there is anabolic effects in my body. An AAS cycle bring results much faster but I like the steady state feeling of HGH. I'm not feeling like the Hulk, PCT, then try to hold on to the gains. HGH is slow and steady. It's a longer term results but it looks more natural and feel great.

    Well when i bumped the dose to 6-8 I.Us of HGH a day i saw my veins coming out in the first 2 weeks.
