Three most important characteristics of a successful bodybuilder!!

So I want to hear what three characteristics you think makes a successful bodybuilder. Please keep it to three, I know there are a lot more you could list.

Here is what I have in no particular order:

it seems like who ever can put themselves through the most hell(diet, training, pain from gh) is goin to be the bigger and more conditioned one on the stage. if u cant take pain then get the fvck out cause u cant handle it.
