Just a couple questions about the low carb diet. I would like to get cut up for summer and was thinking about reducing carbs but Im unsure about the amount of carbs to eat. Today I ate and drank.
breakfast
4 eggs
3 sausage links
water
lunch
turkey and ham sandwhich with mustard (wheat bread)
6 oz gatorade
snack
turkey and ham
work out
dinner
3 chicken breasts
bowl of chili
apple
snack bowl of chili
before bed
protein shake
I wasnt really sure if the chilli had carbs but I dont think it does. Or atleast not very many
today carbs about 100? protein 250? not sure on cals
What can I eat that will give me some more fiber??
Should i eat most of my carbs after I work out??
