everyone probably does it a little different, but most people probably cut back a set of each exercise or something along those lines. use a little less weight. keep a clean diet and use your clomid, you should be pleased.
Lower intensity? No, don't do that. If anything, you'll want to lower your volume, but not your intensity.
I agree. You should not lower the intensity but you should do less reps with heavy weights. You don't want to be spending anymore time in the gym burning up calories than you have to either.
