Hi all im new to this site, and to steroids, been hitting the gym 4 sometimes 5 times a week now for some time, not really noticing any change. Been taking cyclone and some 100%whey, im taking a trip to the suppliment shop tomorrow to pick up some 100% protein im also thinking of taking a course looking at Anavr and tesosterone (maybe propinate). Combined with a diet cardio and no booze im hoping my results will slowly be noticable, Il be buying a 12week course any advice would be great, c&c welcome as everyone has theyr own oppinions.
im hopping this cycle will show good clean positve results??
Im around 5'9ish 13st dont know my bmi, 25 play rugby avarage size/build..
Not looking to be big, but a good size with tidy shape to me, not intressted in compitions etc just to look good with my top off.
any advice on cycles etc would be great, cheers.swell
