Okay Guys, it's my first time posting though I have spent alot of time doing research on this site and looking into things. I constantly see people on here who want to start a cycle but are very high on body fat, and they are told to get their diet in check before even attempting a cycle. I have always had very thick skin though I am dedicated to working out. It is very frustrating because I have a lifting buddy who does the same exact workout as me lifts the same weights and eat much worse, but has good vascularity and is very lean with size. It got to the point where I decided to get my test levels checked. The results came back at 420, I am 23 years old. The doctor refuses to prescribe any hormone replacement therapy and because I am not below 300. The age range is like 18 - 65 for the charts they look at and I think it's rediculous that they will compare me to a 65 year man. Anyways, I have been on a good diet getting ready for my first cycle. It is as follows:
Week 1-8
Test E 500 mg per week
Deca 400 mg per week
10-12
Test E 500mg per week
PCT
Nolvaldex.
I am going to post a picture of myself, please give your opinon as to your thoughts if my bf is low enough to start a cycle. Any other suggestions would help. I think it's very hard to loose body fat when your natural test levels are low.
