Pretty straight forward question, should you eat more on days when you are very active and less on days when you are not?
I have days where I will take the dog to the reservoir by my house and knock out 5-8 miles. Usually that is on an off day though. Also depending on the type of work I am doing my activity can vary a great deal.
But either way if you are engaging in activity that is taxing should you eat more than on a day where you are just sitting around?
