    i would be grateful for any info :)

    hi, im new to this. i have been training for around 18 months and feel i have to to my highest potential naturally. I would like to try steriods but i want as much info on them as i can before i do.what do you feel is the best? have you found any side effects? from the info i have found out myself i dont want the oral ones. thank you in advance.

    Theres no way you could have reached your natural potetial in 18 months, it can take years and years...

    so how long was it before you started taking them?
    thats why im on here to try get as much info as i can.....do i start now or wait a year?

    i did train few years ago aswell for several years but i found it a lot easier when i was younger than i do now.

    I trained for 10 years before touching it.

    And NO ONE IS GOING TO GIVE YOU A SOURCE. Its against this sites rules, so please dont ask again.

    You should take a little time and read through the educational threads at the top of this forum, (beginners cycles).

    Imo i'd leave it another 12 months but continue to educate yourself here and ask as many questions as you like...

    i seem to be struggling to get the mass in the first place. dont seem to be able to get any bigger. been this weight for just over a year.

    A lot of people (including me), although diet can always use improvement, start off with good diets.. but as we increase size we stick to our diet.

    But what is your diet like? You can work out like a beast and if youre not eating enough, and often enough you are simply not going to get bigger.
