    EPHEDRINE MYTH ..mods plz look...

    Hi to all of my gorgeous friends firstly!I wish you days without gyno bros!!
    Well about the fact,how do we have to use ephedrine inorder to have max benefit without side effects?How do we have to dose it? All experienced knowledges will be appreciated!!!

    Is taking 50mg ephedrine prior to workout and 6 times a week for 4 weeks enough?
