    Best Protein supplement i can get?

    Whats up guys, now i know i could use the search button.....and i have on so many occasions!! but anywaythe reason i started a new thread is for some good advice from a few of you guys!!

    This is the website that im using because its easiest for me to get it from here and its pretty cheaper than shops/other websites etc!! id be grateful if you took a look through and let me know what protein you think is best for muscle growth etc

    Honestly bro the type of protein powder you choose has at most 1% to do with your results. The other 99% will come from proper training, diet (eating whole foods, not protein powders which are a diet SUPPLEMENT), and rest. Ask anyone experienced - they will tell you the same.

    Only people who just got in bodybuilding and go by the MuscleMag ads feel that their source of protein powder has any great effect relative to their over-all diet, training, and proper rest.

    Post your diet and training regimen to get some critiques. Read the stickies at the top of the diet and workout questions forum and you will be years ahead of learning through your own trial and error.

    Not sure bro. I go to costco for my whey isolate. It's a complete protein. This means if I chose this as my only source of protein, I'd be OK. I'm pretty sure it's more than just a supplement. Not recommending to limit to one type of protein intake, but I think the science is getting pretty damn good, and the whey isolate is getting a bad rap.

    Just so you know all animal protein (and soy) is complete protein..

    someone sold you a marketing gimmick there..

    It only has to do with amino acid profile it is only vegetable nut legume protein that is not 'complete' protein due to 1 or more lacking amino acids..

    Whey isolate is fine, But it all comes down to food...

    I personalyl use WPC and BCAA's and EAA's with a few other goodies mixed in.


    BUy unflavoured natural WPC/WPI in bulk and it is cheap as shit..

    Im not sure about where to get it from in the states i think i know people who get it form fitness central? I think that is in the usa. But im not sure...


    Its all about whole food, alot of it.. .Squats deadlfits and presses/pulls...

    I've read the list several times and there are no missing essential amino acids. If I'm mistaken, Please point out which amino acid you think is missing. I'm referring to NutraBiotics and EAS sports.

    Sorry i think you misread my post..

    I am saying all animal protein is compelte protein...

    So an advertisement stating complete protein is not really much to go on about as milk is complete protein full stop..

    Alright mate, thanks for the advice...but im not really a newb round here, done all that, got great advice ages ago and things have been working out fine!! all's in check but like everyone knows you need some protein powder every now and again, i was just wondering as im finished my tub soon to which 1 of these some guys would go for!!!

    difference in whey protein is insignificant you wont notice any difference.......

    so how I decided? price per gram of protein and TASTE

    MYOFUSION all the way.. best tasting protein Ive ever tasted.....
