New to this board, but not new to the game. Just have a few questions that I have not seem to been able to find an answer too....
I have been lifting for about 12 years now ....
I have done cycles here and there.... Nothing huge, never really had to.
My stats- I'm 6ft 2, 295 lbs around 14% bodyfat right now.
I recently had an injury, i broke my neck.... long story short I got back into the game, and then tore my pec. Took some time off, i'm back up to around 16% bodyfat, still very good size, but my strength is gone.
I'm running Winny right now 50mgs every day tabs, sust 325 ( .5 ml's every 3 days) and I plan on running equipoise starting week two-500mg's a week.... Pct- bridge. ect.
Okay now, Here is the problem....
I have only done 1 inject of .5 ml sust 325 and its day 4... I gained 12 pounds.... My diet is clean.... My bodyfat levels have stayed the same.... I am freaking out....
12 pounds in 4 days is a bit much for me, even if it is water weight. Can someone help me ?
