    Dosage First Cycle Anavar Only

    Hello,

    First off I'd like to ask you lads not to tell me to run test; my goals are simply different! I'm 22 years old and want to run a 6-week Anavar cycle. Currently I'm planning to run 50 mg throughout this cycle:

    week 1-6: Anavar 50 mg/day
    week 7-8: Nolvadex 20 mg/day
    week 9: Nolvadex 10 mg/day

    I'm wondering if this Anavar dosage is high enough? I currently have 2000 mg of Anavar and this could be bumped up to 3000 mg which means I'd have another 1000 mg to divide over my cycle. That would result into 70 mg a day for 6 weeks or 60 mg for 7 weeks. Comments about PCT are obviously also welcome! My stats are:

    Weight: 209 lbs
    Height: 6 ft
    Body Fat: 12%

    Another small question I picked up on; we all know BCAA's are a great way to PREVENT muscle loss, especially during and right after training. It also boosts protein synthesis. I see many people running BCAA's during their (bulking) cycle but I'm thinking, what is the added value? Protein synthesis on cycle is already through the roof and there isn't going to be a lot of muscle tissue breakdown on a bulking cycle either. Is it worth spending money on during cycle?

    I am planning to run BCAA throughout PCT though as muscle loss is more likely the first few weeks.

    Other supplements I'm using:

    Whey Isolate
    Fish Oil
    Creatine Monohydrate
    Vitamin C (2000 mg/day)
    Animal Pak (pak/day)

    your dose is on the low side. And sides and recovery are based on a mature and healthy endocrine sys, which yours is not.
    Bad choise to cycle now, your too young, i know you don't want to hear this but it's the simple truth. You can obtain the fat loss results i assume your after by changing your diet and a strong cardio workout.if you still feel tempted to put anything in your body why not try hydroxy...
    Please just chill and try to achieve what you want naturally!

    It's not a cutting cycle. Thanks though, I'm glad we got one sentence that has something to do with my question.

    What's not to like? Hardly suppressive, mild on the liver, all gains are lean (no water nor fat), no gyno. Theres tons of people who've done 6-8 week cycles and gained 7-8 lean pounds.. Not to mention strength, hardness, vascularity/cool veins popping up.

    Var is a cutting/strength gain aas (its a fat burner)
    if 7 or 8 lbs is what your after diet can adress this.
    Those same guys who gained, probably lost or will lose that gain in 5 or 6 mos wait and see for at least that long to see if it is worth it.
