Facial Hair Challenged

So I was in the car driving today and I looked at my arms and finally realized Im a pretty hairy fvcker. My arms and legs are hairy and my chest and stomach both get really hairy when I go too long without trimming it up but for the life of me I can not grow decent facial hair and Im 30 years old. I have been trying since highschool and I always just figured that by my early 20's or so everything would grow in but nope. My dad in his senior picture had hair down to his ass and a full beard looking like Jesus Christ so I assumed that I would maybe inherit some of that but Im the exact opposite. Im going bald at 30 and cant grow a decent goatee or beard but Im hairy as fvck everywhere else. Whats the deal?

Its not that I dont grow any facial hair, its just that the hair that does grow grows in all Joe Dirt like. I still have to shave every couple days or else I start to get scruffy looking but I figure if I have to shave it would be nice to at least be able to do something cool with my facial hair if I wanted to.

Bro don't feel bad. I am a grizzly all over if I don't keep it trimmed but can't even grow a goatee. I have just decided that I will stay clean shaven! Funny though not one person in my whole family is like this but me!

Yep...I'm the same way.

I hate all the damn hair growing on me...only place it doesn't come in thick is my face.

believe me when i say this...u dont want facial hair u can get away with not trimming ur body but u HAVE to shave ur facial hair....

I just think...if I'm going to shave my chest, back, stomach, etc, I might as well be able to grow facial hair if I wanted

my face grows in pretty thick...and i hate shaving...so i only do it about once a month...and when i do i use clippers, not a razor...hate dragging a razor over my face..only use a razor when i have to clean up for some occasion

im 18, it comes in alot from my neck up to right at my chin kinda and all over the sideburns. If I dont shave for maybe 2 weeks I can lean my head back and there is a circle about the size of a quarter right under my chin that grows zero hair not even stubble just a little bald spot lol

Yeah, that's my issue. Everywhere else, thick. Can grow a goatee, or even a full beard. Just not that one spot. Oh yeah, and if you don't have it now, you might never. It's 20 years later for me.

I'm probably the hairiest black man you'll ever meet. I've had a full beard since 14. Now that I'm going bald (I'm 37), my back is almost as hairy as my chest. If I don't manscape, I get the puffy shirt syndrome. You know, my hair gets so thick, my shirts look puffy!! I can grow a Kimbo Slice beard in a month!! LOL!!!!

I just can't get the hair to go from the chin to lower lip. Other than that, it's fine. Rest of my body is growing more hair than I'd like. Like the backs of my forearms used to be hairless. Not anymore. Entire body is growing more hair now. Awesome. I'll probably go bald, too.
