HGH is a long term commitment and costly...many people here think there are better ways to go about BF loss....first and foremost diet and cardio..I have asked this question over and over in every which a way possible and I keep getting similiar answers...CARDIO and DIET....also...HGH can mess with your insulin so if you are eating lots of carbs this could have repercussions especially if you eat carbs close to injection time...I started a thread: "If HGH is good for fat loss then.." plus another one.."ODDS of FAT loss with HGH over long term"....maybe some of the post responses on those 2 threads might help...the 2 threads are in this Forum ...it is hard to find member's post since the new update...curious to hear what responses you get here!

ps: lots of people have a lot of water retention on HGH too..BLOAT!
also: have you checked your thyroid levels lately?

SlimmerMe is spot on. Start with Diet and Cardio. HGH wouldnt help you much as big as you are currently.

How old are you? You're pretty husky so be careful on your cardio. Start slow, low impact, until you're ready to run or do higher impact cardio training.
