Little help with pct understanding

From what Ive read it would be right to run Arimidex during cycle wait 21 days after last deca shot and then start my pct which would consist of clomid and arimidex for 4 weeks. Correct? Or am I not getting this at all please help?

Body Fat:15% Been dieting and doing cardio hard for the past 3 months so its prolly lower now. Took my bodyfat % 3 months ago

I havent started my cycle yet but it will consist of 400mgs of nandrolone decanoate and test cyp for 12 weeks.For the last 6 weeks I will run winstrol 65mgs a day.

Sorry forgot......my pct will look like this 4 weeks of clomid and arimidex. I will take arimidex every other day at .5mg.
My clomid will look like this
Week 1
Day1-300mgs......rest of the week 100mgs a day
Week2-100mgs everyday
Week3-50mgs everyday
Week4-50mgs everyday.

Note I will be running arimidex During my cycle at .5mgs every other day also.

I read this thread also....it confuses me because it contradicts what the other thread you recommended said......
My cycle history
First cycle:test cyp 10 weeks at 400mgs a week arimidex .5mgs every other day......PCT Nolvadex 4 weeks 20 mgs a day
Second cycle:test cyp 400mgs deca 400 mgs a week for 10 weeks arimidex .5 mgs every other day..... PCT Nolva 20 mgs a day.

As you can see my pct isn't up to par I need lots of help.....also what changes would you make to my cycle please help I'm open to opinions.

You need to add test to your cycle and clomid to your pct, no need for arimidex in your pct...
