How to stop messing with acne scabs?

I feel stupid even making this thread but I cannot stop picking these scabs. Ive got stuff that would have healed 2 weeks ago still going because i mess with it. I know how dumb this sounds I guess I would equate it to if you have a family member who bites their nails it seems like they can never stop.

Is there a trick to quitting this? The only thing I can think of is maybe rubbing some cream on when i get the urge to mess with them.

get some acne annihilator from platinum labz. It will clear you right up
and stop the redness,,,irritation,,and itching plus treat/clear your acne.

I have the same thing... the "itchies". Calomine lotion works. Benedryl works. And when you get the itch, finding a reasonable distraction is advisable, like fukkin

You ever do that fukkin thing? It's amazing how quickly you forget to itch when you do that fukkin thing!

    You aughta try it! =)

i used to do it really bad when i took a precription ADHD medication. My trick was to know every time i touched my face i would have to wash it. I got sick of washing my face every hour so i stopped.

Also, if your having acne problems and have tried everything you can (Medication, Diet, washing technique, etc...), and nothing works, Try plane old ivory soap.

Ivory soap washes away oil and dirt without damaging the skin like salacylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Ive tried everything, differant meds, hot/cold water rinsing etc... for 4 years.

Now at 21 yrs, i started just lightly washing with ivory soap 2-3 times a day with slightly cold water and its almost all gone.

    simple and cheap.
