I have just finished my 1st cycle of Test Prop @ 500mg week. to be honest I am really not impressed with the results. I made good strength but did not stack on much weight at all. compared to the figures thrown around here.
My diet is pretty solid I have posted it here for advice and modified accordingly.
Only thing I can think of is my gear was underdosed (tho I did get all the signs such as raised libido, onset of some gyno controlled by AI and also strength increase)
Training is also pretty solid, 4 times a week, based on the big lifts, etc.
I am planning my 2nd cycle which I will kick off in a few months but am considering stacking with another compound this time. I have friends running test/deca combo and get awesome results.
something along the lines of;
1-4 DBOL @ 30mg
1-12 Test E @ 500mg
1-10 Deca @ 400mg
stats
age: 28
training: 2 years weights (mma for 8 years or so)
weight: 205lbs
height: 6'1"
BF %: around 13% ??
any suggestions?
