No I've never asked a girl out . I have never gotten to know any girls and I think it's too awkward to just go up to someone whose name is all I know about them and ask them if they want to go out. I don't even know where to bring them

I have been doing this to one of my co-workers and it has been working but the problem is I've also had oneitis for the past 2 years. I've had girls literally give me their #'s and make dates with me ( I never showed up tho or found ways to get out of it ) but I just don't want to pursue anything with them.
