Hi guys, i've read about 20 stickys for newbies and I started to get a little bit confused with all the info.
I'm looking to start a cycle. I understand that I should start with test e or c and add d-bol to kick start my cycle for first 4 weeks if I wanted to.
Would sus 250 instead of test e be bad for first cycle?
Could I add stanazol to my first cycle instead or with d-bol? and does stanazol burn fat or just increase the muscle mass?
If i'm eating around 500 calories over my maintenance of good food, will I still be able to burn fat and lower my bf% if I do 40-60 minutes of cardio?
