lol ok I will post them I'm not happy with my physique at all just to let you know you're gonna see why when I post some front and legs shots
also I have a question to anyone who can answer it. I weighed myself today and I'm almost 180lbs I just saw a few friends that are 185 one is 5'11" the other is 5'8" and they still look way bigger than me! I don't understand how only ~10lbs makes someone look so much bigger than me unless both of them are lying to me about how much they weigh

i know how ya feel, never too happy with the way you look
as far as your friends im sure they have less bodyfat and are just thicker than you. are they older? i know plenty of friends that weight LESS than me and look bigger than me because they have thick, mature muscle....they are older than me though

thankyou standby I know I'm only 18 but there are a few 15-17 year olds that play football at my old highschool that make me look like I did in the 1st picture so for my age in comparison to some of the kids in my area I am still considered very small
