    Decca ?

    What would be the best dose for mass with less bloat? I was thinking 300 mg/week. What are your all thoughts and experiences. I'm looking to lean bulk. I'm 6ft 1inch 243 and 12% bf. Plenty of cycle experience don't feel like listing. I'll be making sure to pay close attention to diet etc. I feel like at my bight I need to be around 270 to be considered big. At my current size I just finally achieved 18 inch arms. Most of my weight is in my quads.

    Heavy esters are going to cause some water retention for most people. I've ran deca at 400mg along with test 400mg and had good results, I wouldn't go under 400 if you're trying to add mass. Have you considered NPP instead of deca?

    You need to post your stats first, if you want to receive some solid advices.

    Just for the record, there are other means of gaining mass with less bloat other than dose-dependant method.

    I ran 500mgs and bloated up pretty good, but i think deca has that affinity even at lower doses. as scotty mentioed npp might be the better choice if you want to run a 19nor

    I'm tired of poking all the time or I would consider NPP. I did think it through though.

    as I mentioned earlier I'm 6ft 1 and 243 at 12 %bf. Bf done by under water weighing and Bod Pod. I have done numerous cycles dont feel like postin them. The only dose dependent question I had was what was the optimal dose while avoiding bloat. I understand it works different for everyone but I was considering going for 300mgs myself.
