Hard lumps in chest

I am running a test tren finaplex cycle. Im now getting hard lumps in chest at injection site that are lasting longer and longer. What do i need to take for this?

Well i use shoulders and chest. Im on my feet all day so i dont do well with any below the waist. Ant other recomended spot
