Help!!!!!!!!

I'VE BEEN INJECTING WINNY INTO MY CALF,THIS WAS MY 2ND INJECTION YESTERDAY,MY LEFT CALF IS NOW ABOUT 3 TIMES BIGGER THAN RIGHT BECAUSE ITS SO SWOLLEN, AND THE SWELLING HAS MOVED DOWN TO THE ANKLE AREA.
ANYONE GIVE ADVISE?
IS THIS NORMAL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

water injects ,do cuase alot of swelling i hope u didnt go too fast ,that will do it ,it could also be a infection ,but i doubt it ,keep a eye on it ,if its red ,and hurts ,and warm to the touch .ive it fewmorw dayys see how it goes ,if i poercists go the doc.oh and i would shot the calves,use a delts or glute .
