regular creatine monohydrate i would stop 1-2 weeks out...

It depends what creatine you are using, i find with kre-alkalyn Creatine i do not hold any water so i use that alllthe way to the shows...

i dont have much experience with creatine so could you help me it is CE2 HI-DEF By MRI Contains Creatine (from creatine ethyl ester hydrochloride) CarnoSyn Beta-alanine and Rasberry Ketone . I leave for vegas next month on the 8th so id like any bit of water weight out by then
