Where should i start? I need help please

Hi there guys, im a complete newbie and need help. I'm 19 yrs old, i'm 5'11 and weight 10 st 10lbs. I've had 2 years gym experience on and off but that was mainly due to lack of motivation because i saw no real gains. I've followed diets and tried to train right but still found it hard to put on any real muscle, and what i did put on it took me a long time.

I've read through thread after thread about different steriod cycles and different supplements or training programs to undertake but its a lot to take in and quite a lot to really understand when i dont know an awful lot about it. I'm definitely looking to start a steroid cycle but i'm wondering if somebody could help out or recommend a cycle to start with and what things i should and shouldn't be taking.

I've been looking at Dbol-ALT which is supposedely a legal steroid alternative. Maybe someone has had experience of using this and could give me some feedback from their experiences using it. If so what other things should i be looking to take along side this to reduce side-effects and such things.

Those alternative supps. r a waste of $$$ IMO. U can b taught how 2 eat & lift 2 accomplish ur goals naturally, if u go 2 the diet sec., post ur diet & ur goals, they'll set on the rite path. Good luck bro.

Hi the bear thanks for your reply. Your probably right but if i was to start on a steroid cycle, what direction would you point me in and what sort of amount of it i should be taking etc?

Unfortunately bro, @ 19 y/o, I would point you in the direction of the diet & workout sections. The reward isn't worth the risk 2 ur undeveloped Endo. system.
