Been on test e cycle for 4 weeks , last couple of days been getting constant dull aching balls. Is this normal and will it go away or is it something else and I should see a dr? Iv ordered some Hcg will start doing that on Thursday twice weekly 500 iu. Can someone give me some advice cos I'm worried

Yes it's the gear, it's normal because they are pulling up, testicle atrophy. Using the HCG will eleviate this so no worries. HCG was the right choice.

Ha nobody kicked me in the balls, I might have been too rough shagging my missus. I was expecting atrophy but not pain, but thanks for the reassurence I feel bit better now

Sounds bad that although I know it's normal. It won't get really painful will it, I can tolerate a dull ache but any worse will be bad!

Guys, this is going to be a potential newbie question but is it possible to use gear and not get "shut down" ? I always thought getting shut down was a given but swiftos post confused me by saying "I get it now and then and havent been shut down." Are you saying you haven't been shut down before or that when you do infact fell the pain, you aren't shut down...? sorry guys haha.

Honestly, I feel pain in my testicles all the time. Even when I'm not on cycle. Not necessarily pain, but discomfort, its weird.

do you have any small or large lumps, something that feels like a 3rd ball either smaller or the same size? If you do it could be a spermatocele. I had one and it felt like I got kicked in the balls about once a month. At first it was only a slight ache for a few years until it got about the same size as the other two. I had it removed. Didnt hurt but it's not pleasant. if you want more info either google or PM me and I will give you the gory details. LOL I will give them openly also if anyone want to know.

This is first time iv ever had it, no growths or lumps just pain it's starting to annoy me iv read about atrophy but not pain
