All I did was reduce my carbs (especially simple carbs) and it worked.

Those above methods work better than doing nothing, but there really is nothing much you can do about it. Without going into too much detail, the water retention works in pathways not normally affected by the usual diuretic methods. If there was a way to significantly reduce bloat, the pros would be using it right now.

You could go the Winny route to see whether that helps you out.

thanks guys, i already drink 1-2 gallons a day of water i will try and drink a little more. On the carb note i have been eating alot more carbs because all the research i have done says i have to eat them to gain as much mass as possible. My two previous cycles i stuck to low carb dieting and i got strong as hell but did not gain much mass. so do you think i should ease up a little on the carbs?

^Agreed. Eating so many calories, its quite easy to forget about the potential massive sodium intake. Hell, sodium even while off cycle bloats me up like a balloon.

Huh? Of course it does, since it reduces estrogen.

Adex will reduce future production of Estrogen. It will do nothing for the estrogen that is already present. I think the OP is asking about reducing his current bloat. Moreover he doesn't want to use Arimidex.

how exactly? if i cram my face with food all day how is adex going to control the bloat from that?

i can safely tell you adex did nothing for my bloating on my last tren a run, with a super clean diet

some noobs on here think that adex will magically cure stomach bloat. i think it needs to be clearly clarified exactly how that isnt possible

Circulating E2 is only an issue for a few days. Your body will quickly metabolize or otherwise excrete it. The same goes for other free hormones.

    You're talking about abdominal distention.
I was talking about estrogenic water retention from the test (bloat), not some gorilla belly effect from over-eating.

yep mate, i always associate bloat with the abdomen, thats where the diffs in opinion where coming from. here the term 'stomach distention' is simply referred as bloat in TV ads for meds etc. if you google bloat you'll see stomach, stomach and more stomach. i would have associated other water related issues as 'edema'.

i think we need to ask posters exactly what they mean by 'bloat' in future

Yah sodium is a killer....On my splurge days, depending on what I eat....My hands and around my eyes will swell up like a ballon.

well, adex will not help taht mate, if you eat more often you're going to be more bloated, simple as. or you could liquidise everything, chicken shake anyone? lol

A combinate of the following will help, but not fix the issue...
    1. More water
    2. Less sodium "eat clean"
    3. Control your estrogen... add armadex, masteron or primo
    4. Add more cardio

Not in your case, since we've already established that high estrogen isn't the main issue.
