I had heard some good things about it, but i am sceptical at how good an OTC weight loss product can actually be, i would rather spend my money on something proven to be effective.

i have a simple philosophy. THE most important thing to take is a clean diet. THE most important thing to do is a rigorous routine. These are the only things that matter in the long term

I'll be honest, I love the stuff. On my last deployment it's what helped me get out of bed and hit the gym before we started up. It was also nice to have when I couldn't maintain a decent diet. Most of the guys on my team have used it, liked it, and had good results with it at one point or another. Still, I wouldn't recommend it as the primary go to for maintaining weight.

I like that it didn't give me the jitters like other ones I have taken. I still must say though, nothing replaces a clean diet and patience It is one of the better ones out on the market now though. for around the same price, you could just get some primatene/caffeine/aspirin ??? just a thought.
