I know everyone is different of course as everyone's body is completely different. However I had a few questions:
- Typically how long does your gains last from a 4-12 week cycle
- Do you notice a huge difference in your body composition
That's pretty much it... I"m just really curious about the gear to be honest. I work out in Venice at Gold's. I been training hardcore for awhile now. But I'm just wondering what it's like using something like gear to enhance what I'm doing now.
