Was wonder what's a good starter cycle would be for me
My stats
I'm 24 years old 5'7 and 143 lbs
My max on bench is 205 squat 290 i work out 5 days a week
I have a very hard time gaining weight looking for some ideas and tips
My diet is pretty good also what would be a good weight gaining protein I've tried serious mass but just got a gut from it so looking for something better ?
