    Starter cycle

    Was wonder what's a good starter cycle would be for me
    My stats
    I'm 24 years old 5'7 and 143 lbs
    My max on bench is 205 squat 290 i work out 5 days a week
    I have a very hard time gaining weight looking for some ideas and tips
    My diet is pretty good also what would be a good weight gaining protein I've tried serious mass but just got a gut from it so looking for something better ?

    Don't cycle at 5'7 143lbs!

    your obviously not eating enough bro!

    I'm consuming around 2600 cals a day with 200 grams of protein not sure about everything else I try and keep it healthy with lots of chicken , tuna,and 100% lean ground beef eating 6 meals thru out the day and snacking on peanuts thru out the rest of the day plus the serious mass but not liking that so much anything else I can do or add to my diet to get more out of it ?

    Oh and body fat is at 6.6 %

    2600 calories a day is not enough.

    How many should I be consuming ?

    Try 3500 and see how that goes, up your protein to at least 300 grams.

    Your better off getting as much protein from food as possible real food is better then shakes
