Your diet is not as adequate as you may think. Post what you eat in a day, include times, calories, proteins, carbs & fats of each meal.

What if I just buy the things & use em? -_-

Do you know anything about your Endocrine & HPTA systems? And btw, you're gonna have to do more than push ups & such if you want to put on real mass. You're gonna have to hit the weight pile.

Sounds perfect to me. That a great starting point from which to start buildiing. Many guys start with high body fat, but guys like you get great results when they start lifting. My advice to you would be to start weight training and increase your protien intake. If you see fat going on rather tan muscle, reduce the carbs you eat.

Check out trainers at your local gym who have clients who have gotten real results. Ususally you will find that they concentrate on form over amount of weight. That way you will gain muscle and not increase your fat: in other words you will stay cut. You may also want to supplement with protien shakes. Stick with the pure protien over the weight gainers. The weight gainers just add sugar, and it will not help you long term.

Damn all the guy said is he needs something not like he wanted to know if 600mg of Tren was a good dose and where to buy some.

As far as the post goes, yes post your entire diet and workout routine. Often we see people posting who are of your age/size and they are not growing and we find they are eating lots of carbs, moderate protein and doing tons of cardio and workouts with 18 reps and 10 sets, and working every bodypart every day and getting off work at midnight and waking at 6 to go to the gym. To the guy it seems like he is doing everything he can to get big. Where in reality he has zero chance to grow. You need to eat a protein rich diet, do mostly compound exersizes and limit the number or reps ( generally 6-8 reps to failure is good) and keep work sets to about 6 per body area ( I am not saying bodypart since I feel compound excersizes are best for mass gain in young ectomorphs) and last but probably the most important and most often misunderstood, getting at least 8 hrs of sleep per night.

I am no expert in any of these areas so I will leave specific recommendations to those in the know, but go ahead and post your diet and stats and goals in the diet section. Your workout goals and stats in the workout section. And make sure you sleep well every night. If you do all of these I promise you that you will gain mass fairly quickly.

I am betting that Far from massive is spot on. Please also note that cavsgibson11 cites push ups and sit ups as his only strength training. Sounds to me as though weight training and protein will go a long way.

I did roids at 19 one cycle. Four years later my system was fvck up. Over he next 15 years it took eight dr.s to figure out what was wrong with me. My hormones were all messed up. I will be on test for the rest of my life along with a few other things. Listen to bear

The guy said " What if I just buy the things & use em? " after suggestions and polite request of diet details. I don't see this as the right attitude. Anyway, if i sounded harsh, forget what i said.

Shit Piotr, I missed that, my apologies... I thought you were responding to the original post, in consideration of his further comments I don't think you sounded harsh at all, actually very polite considering. Well I gotta get into the bathroom and brush my teeth, to get the taste of my foot out of my mouth :-)

From my experience, those who claim they can't gain weight don't monitor their diet and track the macros. Same thing with fat people who can't get skinny. It's easy to think you eat a lot because you only remember a few big meals you've had. But you forget how little else you eat.

If you were 25 and complaining of the same thing, steroids still wouldn't be the answer. You can't expect to get much results from gear if you're not eating enough to support the gains you wish to have.

LOL, when someone rushes to an inaccurate conclusion, & then says something they regret & wish to retract, it is referred to as "putting your foot in your mouth"

You need some heavy resistance training with weights. Time to give the pushups a rest (maybe a warm up). Calories are real important when your skinny and lean too. Sounds like you have a fast metabolism. DIET is your key here. I would write down everything you eat and and split your meals 6-7 per day with at least 6000 cals per day.
