What kind of carb sources do you guys eat that you can take with you that you do not have to heat to make edible. For example I won't be eating cold sweet potatoes or rice, not for me. I spend a lot of the time away from home and don't have access to a microwave most of the time. Possibly some kind of bread product, bagels, english muffins. I have been bringing liquified sweet potatoes, but not a big fan, lol.
