ok, first of all. Yeah, I'm new, yes I've done my research, and I'm just looking for some advice on what I'm about to do... I'm running a beginner cycle I've found on this site. Cyp/dbol/deca.
The only questions I have... Are about when and how to run the nolva and l-dex... Through the whole cycle? Or just twards the end? Also ... Pct ... I've got a few different options in mind... But I'm open to suggestions.
Here's what I have
Test cyp
Deca
Dbol
Nolva
Arimidex
Clomid
And letro
& Here's how I plan to run my 1st cycle
1-12 500mg cyp
1-10 200mg dec
1-6 30mg dbol ED
The only questions I have... Are about how to run, or which ones to take, either before during or after the cycle when it comes to my l-dex, nolva, clomid and letro... Which ones do I use and when do I use them with this cycle.
Before I lay out this information, no flames please. I'm 25, 6 foot. 190lbs, 6.5% BF.
I've been lifting for 3 years and my diet is spot on, can't seem to get any further ahead (yes I'm lifting hard, sweating and puking. When I started lifting I was a scrawny 150) and when I do get to 195 it disappears if I miss one day... I'm going to run this (or some kind of) cycle regardless of what anyone says, I'm just looking for some advice in the safest way possible to get some lean gains...I'm convinced I've reached my limit for my genetic potential...
Also what would be the absolute BEST post cycle therapy... I understand all of this is trial and error... And I also understand most people run one or the other (not test and dec together) in case of sides, you would know which is the cause... But this is a risk I'm willing to take. If I get bad sides and I need to know which is causing it I will backtrack and a test only cycle as chances are it would most likely be the deca.... But here goes nothing. I'll be taking my first pin next Monday and am hoping for some good advice before then.
