for thos of you that run igf1lr3 just curious whta kinda protocol you run and amount used .i have read its good to run it month on month offf.ive heard 20 days on 10 days off. ive heard you can run it on days off as well before your biggest meal.just curious as to how some of you run it. also read 20 -50 mcg is standard dosage
