I am new to this site and have been looking all around for information about everything and it has become quite a hobby to come on at night and fill my brain with knowledge. I have Macro nutrients figured out and I wondering just how important micro nutrients are? I bought a container of GNC multi vitamins and I was wondering if essentially that would suffice for my micro nutrient intake? I would obviously be getting other micro nutrients from my diet but I guess the question that I'm asking is that say you had zero micro nutrients in your diet (practically impossible) would supplementing multi vitamins suffice? Thanks.
