I havent had my BF checked, but im pretty sure im sitting around 14%, im pretty lean, except got stubborn areas like love handles, and lower ab fat that i can pinch out.
Im going to cycle it yeh as you said, 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks HIIT. I've also got a new diet i just spent a few hours writing up, its on carb cycling. I'd love to post it and show you guys but the board isn't letting me
