OK I hear accutane is strong with sides. I am considerering taking 20 mg a day...do I need anything for liver protection. ?

I use 20mg eod. That dose isn't hard on the liver but it doesn't hurt to take something
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

If you were getting it from a dr. You would get blood work every month
