    Test E + Dbol cycle check

    Stats:
    26 years old
    Lifting for 3-4 years
    13%ish bodyfat (Currently cutting fat)
    6'
    188lbs

    Hey guys, here is what my cycle will look like:

    Week 1-4 Dbols - 40/40/40/40 - Should I taper up or is this fine?
    Week 1-12 Test E - 250mg twice a week - Is it possible to do all 500mg in one shot per week? Or best to do 2?
    .5mg Arimidex ED ( I have a mild case of gyno) - Should I start taking this before my cycle to stabilize in my blood or is that not necessary?
    Week 14-18 Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid ?/?/?/?

    (I have all this gear in front of me ready to rock n roll)

    Since you know your prone then .5 may be in your best interest... I was more asking than suggesting. Have you considering something stronger than Adex for an AI since you seem to be gyno prone??

    Well, the first time I did a cycle I was 20%+ bodyfat so it might of been from all the fat. But, I do have letro on hand as well.

    Yeah, skipping on the dbol. Just 12 weeks straight Test E!

    Just did my first pin. I'll keep you guys updated!

    Atibbo...after a "discussion" last night I realize in looking back at this thread my Letro suggestion may be a bit high. I believe .25 E3D is actually a better dose!

    On that Testcycle though I would run your noraml AI and keep the Letro on hand only...just in case

    Hey guys just did my 5th pin yesterday and I've been taking dbols @ 40mg ED since sunday.
    Nothing in the nipple area yet. Testicular atrophy is definitely present. Only shitty thing.. I got hit in the head with a grinder at my work yesterday and got 7 stitches in my forehead. So no gym for at least 5 days.

    Not going that great.. I think the dbol is fake or under dosed. I've been taking it now for 11 days @ 40mg and for the last 2 days and today I've bumped it to 60mg and have no significant strength gains what so ever.

    Could the arimidex be hindering the gains that much from the dbol?

    I've been taking it at .5mg everyday for almost 3 weeks. My libido is still normal though.

    >25 EOD is enough to start so yes .5 ED is rather high. I doubt your lack of gains are attributed to the higher Adex dose though!

    If you havn't seen any gains from 2 weeks nearly of 40 mg I would have some definite concerns!

    Yeah apparently the stuff is really under dosed you need like 80-100mg to see results. I'm getting some new stuff..

    yeah thats probably a good idea and i have no idea why youre taking arimidex at 0.5 ed thats too high IMO

    Did my 8th pin last night.

    VERY minimal gains. I was using MediStar and they are bunk as hell.
    I just switched to Newport so I'm hoping this will workout.

    Been taking Newport DBols for 3 days now and my pin last night was Newport.

    I'll add that I was taking 10x 20mg MediStar DBOLS a day!!! For nearly 2 weeks and saw basically no strength gains. BUNK as hell.

    So you are in roughly week 4 right? Just be patient, if your Dianabol is fake it isn't a great loss really. The enanthate ester won't produce gains until week 5 or 6 for some people, but you will be happy when it starts to work.

    Yup week 4. My worry is though, that the Test E was under dosed or fake too. So I'm basically starting a brand new cycle as of yesterday.

    I hope not.

    It shouldn't be under dosed or fake, I guarantee in a week or two you will experience great gains in size and strength.

    However, if you don't experience anything come week 6-7 I would just stop and get some pharma grade juice for next time.

    I was hoping to add winstrol or anavar orals in towards the end of my cycle for some fat loss, what do you guys think about that? Good or bad idea

    Edit: I'm definitely eating enough. You could full up the back of a pick up truck with the amount of sweet potatoes I eat in a week.

    I wouldn't bother, neither will do much in terms of fat loss anyway unless you are cutting in a calorie deficit.

    Just got back from a leg workout and had a personal best squat @ 355lbs

    Dunno if it's placebo or dbols but I felt good.

    Just hit 200lbs this morning. Stronger and stronger everyday. Finally, some legit stuff.
    Haven't felt anything weird going on in the nipples either. Glad this Arimidex is working.

    Going to blast chest tonight, super pumped!

    D Bol dosing is fine... I would start the d b week 4 or 5. You will be fine with pinning once a week.

    Always start as low as possible with you AI... You can always increase dose. .25 every other day should even be fine"

    Little update:

    Still getting stronger every day, putting on weight slowly but not seeing it in the mirror.
    5 weeks of Test E and 11 days of dbols.

    Sometimes I don't see it in the mirror because I tend to put on some muscle while losing some fat. The scale doesn't move and it takes a while for the mirror to show anything. That is just me though.

    Yeah true. I also heard you won't see gains until the cycle is half over anyway. It's been 5 weeks so far, so.. Hopefully by the end of next week.

    Still getting stronger but still no noticeable difference in the mirror. Back pumps are insane.. No matter which muscle I'm working that day, near the end of my workout I gotta sit down every time I walk 5 feet. lol.

    Just started my 7th week. But I switched labs at about week 4. I still have about 5 days of dbols left as well.

    Strength is up big time. I could barely flat bench 225 for 4 reps before now I pump out 10-12 like a joke.

    But no size yet...

    I also have zero side effects so far.. Maybe a little oily skin.. I don't feel/look bloated at all. Just insane strength gains.

    I'm 2nd week into PCT now (4 weeks since last pin) and I'm still up 18 pounds. I honestly haven't lost that much strength at all. I still feel like an animal in the gym and still beatin' the box off the old lady.
    Is this normal 4 weeks after pin? Should I expect to feel like shit any day now? Everything is perfect so far just a bit of acne on my shoulder.

    *edit* Also, my nuts are almost back to normal size. Could it be possible that I recovered this fast??

    My PCT is

    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20
    D-Aspartic Acid powder

    I take all this before bed every night

    Everyone is different dood... Don't focus on the crash, focus on training and diet diet diet... Did i mention diet? I wouldnt complain if I were in your position, but you'll never know for certain unless you get blood work
