    Sore joints and weird smell

    hi I'm currently on 6th week of 500mg/w test e cycle. Everything is going gr8 so far, have solid gains with no sides except I noticed last couple of sessions my shoulders are sore when I do shoulder workouts. It feels like I can't lift my arms until I cool down. I do drink at least a gallon of water. I'm on 0.25 adex eod. Is there any supplement that I should take to help me with this? Also my sweat smells funky! It's like vinegar. My pillow and gym gloves. Is is test e or some supplement that I take?

    Sore shoulders means one of two possible scenerios:

    1) You are not warming up properly, and/or...
    2) You are lifting too heavy too soon.

    I don't believe test e will make you smell funky, so I believe it has to be something else.

    I was reading on the web that overdosed glutamine can convert to glutamic acid and causes ammonia smell. I take 10g glutamine and plus BCAA pils 3 times a day. Maybe I should drop glutamine?

    Little overkill. I take 10 g of glutamine total on lifting days. I dont think my gut could take much more than that.

    So should I take 5g before workout or before bed?

    That would be fine. Im still not sure if you are saying you take 10g 3x a day or 10g once per day?

    I personally take 5g preworkout and 5 g intraworkout

    10g powder and 3 times BCAA pills which contains some glutamine in it with other aminos
