I'm not sure about how test could be used for your goals but I hear epo is used for many endurance athletes if that is what your into.
It's the drug the cyclists used during Tour de France
Fromm understanding it increases red blood cells but my knowledge is very limited
I wouldnt shot your natual test down for 150mgs a week. Whats your bf%? what sport do you compete in?
around 13% and i play baseball. cannot give any more details
not yet but in future yes so i stick with prop
I thought baseball was more about strength? Maybe your coach will place you on one of the bases in the outfield. Bulk up and start hitting the home-runs!
500mg Test P/week go for mass! Like Barry Bonds
Why are you using bodybuilding drugs if you don't want the same effects? 150mg/week would be stupid unless you are hypogonadal...
Creatine or aforementioned dose of testosterone.
EQ is common in sports, but that's a very long ester. You don't want to use that right?..
no sir only test p. i workout 4 hours of grueling practice plus weights at 6 am 3 times a week....so i know 500 mgs will make you gain water weight. wont that make me slower in sprinting?
If you use an AI you will get minimal bloat.
I just saw your stats, you are skinny! Strength comes from muscle, muscle usually works against endurance. As well as speed to some extent. Faster recovery from workouts, yes, you will get that. Re-think your goals.
Baseball is more about knocking it out the park than being able to run around the bases faster?
Quite honestly..if your half the athlete that you are trying to convince us that you are then you should already (age 28) be under the wing of trainers and nutritionists. With your stats and these questions...you full of BS!
C'mon 28 years old and not in the show leaves you in the B league at best and it isn't like your signing autographs and can't "explaine further"!
Ah the show....i surely wouldnt know *Wink Wink*
